TEN YEARS - REPAYMENT LOAN . Minimum Loan Amount : $ 5-Million US Dollars + Up $US Dollars . Maximum Loan Amount : Determined by the economic viability and value of the project. Interest Rate : The rate of interest for this type of loan, is currently being quoted at a fix rate of 6.75% per annum, which includes the amortisation of the loan required for project. Loan To Value : Maximum 95% , subject to viability of project. Collateral / Guarantee : Approval loan will be secured against financial guarantees which are arranged and a first legal charge against the project for which the loan if to be approvided. Contribution Of Borrower : It will be required for the borrower to contribute minimum 5 to 10% of the total costs of the project in cash or negotiable bank instruments, issued by a Major Banking Institutions. Repayment Schedule : The loan will be repayable in ten equal annual instalments.
